I love doing the home tours associated with the kitchen and bath show, like this sleek, contemporary new build home, the TNAH 2023.
This year, the home was literally right around the corner from the house they showed in 2019, in the Ascaya neighborhood in the hills overlooking Las Vegas.
It has a similar style….a very spacious contemporary look with high contrast finishes, clean lines and state of the art technology.

Builder - Luxus Design Build
I’m dropping some of my photos here today for your tour, so you can sit back and scroll. :-)
The entry was a big, wide pivot door that opened onto this courtyard. The glass wall entry to the home was to the right.
Living, Dining, Kitchen
Here’s a view looking down to the open kitchen/dining/living room from the landing above. You can see the layout well this way. The big fireplace wall is right below this vantage point.
Pantries in these big homes are full of amenities like second cooking areas and more countertop space for catering purposes.
There was glassed-in wine storage on both sides of the fireplace wall, on the hallway side.
Home Office, Guest Suite, Gameroom
As you turn to the right around the fireplace from the living room, there is a home office with a built-in coffee maker and a full bathroom.
Guest suite was right next door.
To the left of the fireplace from the living room, as you round another glassed-in wine closet, you head to the game room. It opens up to the view and back patios.
Stunning Gem - The Stairwell
One of my favorite spaces was the stair. I loved the handrail detail and the abstract art that was created with embedded light strips in the walls. It was such an impressive and special effect!
Primary Suite
The primary suite was upstairs with a large bedroom, divided with a partial wall for a separate sleeping area and lounge area, complete with a coffee bar. The bedroom side of the space had floor to ceiling windows on 3 sides.
The primary bath had an island double sided vanity, a huge shower with a tub and a sauna.
Of course, there is a patio off this bedroom suite with a bar too.
Outdoor Living on Main Level
Open up the sliders on the main living room level to this outdoor kitchen and patio with all the amenities.
This is a far cry from what the average American can afford, of course, but I think it is fun to see inside these luxury homes. While this is an ultra contemporary build and not common in my area or even in most of the country, I think we can all appreciate the challenging construction of this home and the inclusion of the spectacular products they showcased.
I do think a homeowner can move in and personalize this home to make it theirs, easily, and I might just have some ideas that I’ll be sharing soon. :-)
Care to see some of the past TNAH home tours I’ve shared? I’ve got them linked below. :-)
I’m just back from the Kitchen and Bath Show, KBIS 2022, and today I’m sharing this home I toured while there, The New American Home. Come and take a look…..
