One of the highlights of my trip to Vegas for KBIS2016 with Modenus’ Blogtour was a private tour of The Wynn, with Las Vegas designer Jackie Von Tobel.

It truly is THE place to stay for luxury and opulence. From the moment you enter you are awed by the architecture, the finishes, the light, fresh look, and the attention to detail. As a designer, I appreciate the thoughtful and well-designed appointments that were everywhere. Wall-coverings and trims were used in abundance. Custom features abound. Oh, the time it must have taken to design this place! And while we all think of Vegas as glitzy and over-the-top, The Wynn is done in a more subdued and tasteful way. In other words... The Wynn has class.
