If you’re a design or lifestyle blogger, chances are your tree and all the trimmings have been up for weeks.
You’ve been shooting your close-ups and finally, the overall shots, and you are ready. You’ve got gift guides, decorating ideas, holiday recipes, entertaining tips, everything’s ready to go and has already been dripping out for weeks, maybe even months, with this season’s content.
I’m jealous….and so behind. I’m never that organized.
However, I did get a bit of a jump on holiday decorating with my wreath I made for my front door AND our office lobby decor that I’m sharing today.
I’m also including the coffee bar I set up for my Thanksgiving holiday guests. It was so easy for everyone to serve themselves.
Both of these above were done in partnership with At Home Stores.
I’ve included a few photos of my Thanksgiving table too. :-)
Our Office Lobby Holiday Decor
I decided to get a little holiday cheer going on for our office. Here were our purchases.
I love these birch look cone-shaped trees and thought they would look nice as a grouping on my console out in the lobby.
Since we’re in The Woodlands, I liked the idea of a “forest of trees” and their coloring looked so good next to the finish of my console.
I really like the grayed down look of this wreath and we added a few gold berry picks to customize it.
I have always loved a wreath hanging on a mirror and this is the first time I’ve done it. It’s the perfect place for some decor since a mirror is already typically a focal point in a room.
Coffee bar station for easy entertaining
My coffee bar below was a quick and easy set up for our weekend guests over the holidays.
I found the tray and filled it with some glass containers, an insulated flask for milk and a tall pitcher for water to refill the coffee maker. The blue mugs were perfect with my ceramics collection. Everything came from At Home Stores.

Lastly, I'm sharing my Thanksgiving table pics.
Our leaves hadn’t turned yet much here in The Woodlands, we’re always late for seasonal color down here in Texas, however, my daughter and niece went on a run on Thanksgiving morning and found a few leaves for my table. I had used eucalyptus for an evergreen look for the base but the large golden leaves were the perfect topping.
My roll of burlap comes in handy ever so often when I need to add a table to the end of our dining table. None of my standard tablecloths will fit when I add to the table, but burlap always works and goes with everything, especially a fall table.
I like using the dark gray linen napkins, it just sort of cools down the warmth of the burlap and adds some nice contrast.
I love using my collection of brass and pewter candlesticks together, mixing metals is always a good idea. The rustic vases and glazed ceramic pumpkins finished my table off nicely.
Hope you had a lovely Thanksgiving and are on to the next holiday in style!
